  • What happens if I exceed my current pricing tier?

    You’ll be placed in the next highest tier and charged accordingly.

  • How is pricing tier determined?

    Pricing is based on the number of Recipients in your Store (not including suppressions). A Store’s Recipient count is the total number of unique recipients on it’s list throughout the month (e.g. a Store’s list contains 10,000 recipients, if they’re deleted and 10,000 different ones are added, the total would be 20,000 for the month, but next month it would return to 10,000)

  • How does pricing work if I'm an agency?

    You’ll be charged at the tier that represents the total Recipient count of all the Stores in your account combined (See Pricing for how a Store’s Recipient count is calculated). We’ll also display the amount that each store would’ve been charged, if it were an individual account, to show the bulk discount you received.
